That’s why we proudly offer Minnesota’s Elderly and CADI Waiver options to help bridge the gap between individual income and cost of care while providing the resources and services necessary to thrive in our vibrant and nurturing environment.
ELDERLY WAIVER
Designed for individuals 65+, Minnesota’s Elderly Waiver option offers financial assistance to eligible seniors to help alleviate the financial burden associated with moving to an assisted living community. The program provides funds for home and community-based services for individuals with limited financial resources who require the level of care provided by a nursing home.
CADI WAIVER
Designed for individuals under the age of 65, Minnesota’s CADI Waiver option assists with the cost of services associated with Independent Living. The program provides support for eligible seniors who require nursing home care but enables them to continue living independently.
